“ Got me in efficiently, unfortunately they didn’t find anything wrong with my car and was charged 170.00 just to have it looked at. Noise is still there. ”

“ Took my car in a few months ago because my check engine light was on. They did the repairs initially requested which I didnt have any issues with, but they had to order a part that was on back order so it took a while to get there. Again, cool, no worries it happens. Well month and a half later they get the part and I go to get it installed, figuring it would be a day max for them to get it in, well when they take off a wheel to access what needs to be accessed, they strip the lugs and have to order a new wheel hub which takes 2 extra days to arrive. Then when I go to pick up my car, there is magically a nail in another tire that I have not had problems with before hand, and they dont want to do the patch because they're "afraid of stripping the lugs on that wheel too" which would be a $580 repair instead of covering their mistake. Oh and at the end of it all, my check engine light is still on and my tire has not lost a bit or air. Thanks guys, appreciate the wasted time ”

“ Hi, I reached out to this dealership about a vehicle I was very interested in and was told I’d receive a follow‑up text with more information. That message never came. The next communication I received was the following day simply stating that the car had been sold. When I asked Brandon, the salesperson, for information about their “hold” process so I could be prepared for future purchases, he told me it would be “useless information” since the car was already sold. Instead of helping, he kept pushing me away and becoming increasingly dismissive. His attitude escalated the situation to the point where I had to call the manager just to get basic details that should have been explained upfront. To make things even more confusing, someone on the phone told me they had “tested the car” and that the door could only be opened from the inside — which felt like an attempt to divert me away from the vehicle rather than provide honest information. The issue wasn’t that the car sold — that happens — but the lack of follow‑through, the dismissive communication, and the unwillingness to help a serious buyer. I hope the dealership improves its professionalism, transparency, and customer service moving forward. I'm not blaming the whole entire staff from Brandon's actions & I understand we all have bad days so God bless. ”

“ Found out the van my mom got sold has a cracked rear subframe. That explains the bad tires it was sold with. Evidently the used vehicles don't get checked very well. Be very cautious when buying. I understand a vehicle having problems but to sell a vehicle that has a cracked subframe is just not safe or acceptable. ”
