“ Took my car in a few months ago because my check engine light was on. They did the repairs initially requested which I didnt have any issues with, but they had to order a part that was on back order so it took a while to get there. Again, cool, no worries it happens. Well month and a half later they get the part and I go to get it installed, figuring it would be a day max for them to get it in, well when they take off a wheel to access what needs to be accessed, they strip the lugs and have to order a new wheel hub which takes 2 extra days to arrive. Then when I go to pick up my car, there is magically a nail in another tire that I have not had problems with before hand, and they dont want to do the patch because they're "afraid of stripping the lugs on that wheel too" which would be a $580 repair instead of covering their mistake. Oh and at the end of it all, my check engine light is still on and my tire has not lost a bit or air. Thanks guys, appreciate the wasted time ”
“ Found out the van my mom got sold has a cracked rear subframe. That explains the bad tires it was sold with. Evidently the used vehicles don't get checked very well. Be very cautious when buying. I understand a vehicle having problems but to sell a vehicle that has a cracked subframe is just not safe or acceptable. ”
