What we want from you:
- Diagnosis and repair – all areas of automotive and light truck repair.
- Adequately explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-technical individuals, including employees and customers.
- Continuously learn new technical information through formal training sessions in order to stay abreast of rapidly changing automotive technology.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and neat work area.
- Maintain factory certification standards with GM, Toyota, Nissan or Mazda
Technician Requirements:
- ASE certification is preferred.
- Strong automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem solving, and automotive repair experience.
- A customer-focused attitude to go along with a high level of motivation and energy.

Sales Consultants
- We are looking for someone who is motivated, self-driven, with strong communication skills and a great attitude. You will work closely with our management team, in a professional environment that will train and guide you to success! Five day work week. Many sales consultants earn well over $100,000 in commissions annually.
- Skills: Selling, persuading, & negotiating.
Detailers
- Completely clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to get them ready for sale.
- Washing, waxing, and buffing vehicle exteriors. Steam, scrub, and vacuum interiors. We want vehicles as “Like New” as possible.
- 40 Hour work week with Mandatory Saturdays & OT during the busy season.
Service Technicians
- Service Technicians perform a wide range of duties, including, but not limited to oil changes, brakes & rotors, suspension & alignments, AC & Cooling Systems, fuel systems, tire changes - repair- balance rotations, transmissions, computer & electronics, and exhaust work.
- Hours are from 7:30am to 5pm Monday - Friday and every other Saturday.
- Paid On-Going Factory Training Available.
Collision Center
- Collision Repair Technicians will return a vehicle to pre-collision condition. This will include scratch, dent, minor, and major collision damage. We use water-based paint systems and adhere to all OSHA/EPA standards.
- 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri, Saturdays when needed.
Parts
- The ideal candidate for this position has excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and good computer and internet skills.
- The Parts Specialist is extremely knowledgeable about automotive products and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer requirements in person or on the phone. They locate & order parts and arrange delivery or installation.
- 40 Hour work week with some Saturdays.

Do you know who you work for? Brad Deery, the owner and president of Deery Brothers, lives in right here in Burlington. Brad was nominated for Time Magazines Dealer of the Year for 2014. He is a hands-on dealer and maintains an open-door policy for all team members. The Deery Family is very involved in their community, sponsoring many local sports team and events.

Burlington, located on the banks of the Mississippi River, is a rural community located at the crossroads of US Highways 61 and 34 placing it an equal distance to both Chicago and St Louis. Our town is one of the oldest in the state of Iowa with a rich and diverse background.
